The KWF 50 system incorporates 2 or 3 vibratory trays, an accumulation belt, single or double weighing station and optical fine feed position.  | Weighpack KWF 50 KLT-, ¼ KEG- and Returnable fillers are high speed packaging machines designed to pack hardware products like screws, nuts, bolts into KLT, ¼ KEG cartons or AIAG returnables up to 35 kg (70 lbs). The sliding of product, the direct filling of the boxes and special coating result in a smooth running system where undamaged filling, speed, low in feed height and sound level are optimized. An accumulation belt is used for feeding the product into the boxes.  | During box transfer this belt is switched in reverse direction thus accumulating product without stopping the vibratory feeding trays. If a new box is presented on the weighing platform, the accumulation belt is switched into forward direction with double speed for the first part of the filling process. |
The KWF 50 system takes a constant flow of product from the storage hopper instead of the conventional intermittent removal/take away. This constant flow enables better control, accuracy and maximum output. The KWF 50 is a basic system, that can grow with production demands. It is compact and has very short changeover times.  | The KWF can run as a stand-alone unit with one operator in a semi-automatic mode giving 35 Tons/8 hours packing capacity or can be extended with Weighpack box forming, closing and palletizing equipment. This fully automatic packing system can give an output of 50 Tons/8 hours. The KWF 50 can run KLT which can be presented by a Weighpack destacker or depalletizer. Also AIAG returnables can be denested, closed, labeled and palletized. The KWF 50 has a high speed weigh/count processor, which guarantees very accurate weigh/count results. |

Quality
